广东省微纳加工技术与装备重点实验室于2011年9月由广东省科学技术厅批准成立。实验室以广东工业大学机电工程学院和香港理工大学超精密加工技术国家重点实验室伙伴实验室为依托，在现代机械制造创新研究的同时，形成了超精密制造的创新科研平台。实验室致力于机械、电子、光学建设微纳制造原创性研究的基地和集成创新型人才培养的基地。
Guangdong Provincial Key Laboratory of Micro-nano Manufacturing Technology and Equipment was funded by Guangdong Provincial Department of Science and Technology in September 2011. The lab relies on the School of Electromechanical Engineering of Guangdong University of Technology and the National Key Laboratory of Ultra-precision Machining Technology of Hong Kong Polytechnic University. The lab is an ultra-precision manufacturing innovation research platform, whichis integrated complety by modern machinery, electronics and optics. The main tasks of the lab are developing the core and prospective technologies of ultra-precision manufacturing, and build up a center of micro-nano manufacturing of creative research and an innovative talent training base.
广东省微纳加工技术与装备重点实验室是华南地区最大的超精密加工实验室。实验室占地4500多平方米，其中1000多平方米为超洁净实验室。拥有价值数亿元超精密检测仪器和加工设备，有强大的对外加工能力，能为社会各行业加工各种超精密光学模具，并可为社会提供超精密检测、超精密设备设计及交钥匙工程等服务。
Guangdong Provincial Key Laboratory of Micro-nano Manufacturing Technology and Equipmentis the largest ultra-precision machining laboratoryin Southern China. It covers more than 4500 square meters, in which ultra-clean rooms is about 100 square meters. It has a lot of ultra-precision testing instruments and manufacturing equipment which values several hundred million dollars. The powerful processing capability of the lab is able to provide various super-precision optical mold. meanwhile, the lab offers all kinds of services for the nltra precision measurement, ultra precision equipment design and turnkey etc. for all needs.
